Hasura Cloud Dashboard monitoring tab was impacted for free tier users in AWS following the release of v2.11.1-cloud.1 on August 31st. During this time, users would not see any data being displayed under their monitoring tab. This issue was fully resolved on September 2nd at 17:22 UTC.
