Metrics sub-system outage & Issues with Hasura Cloud Dashboard under us-west-1 region (North California)

Starting at 10:00AM UTC, the metrics sub-system running in the us-west-1 region experienced an outage. During this time, customers would experience errors in their UI within their Monitoring tab. Issue with the metrics sub-system was resolved 10:45AM UTC.

Following this incident, starting at 10:45AM UTC, customers accessing https://cloud.hasura.io/projects, would see intermittent errors when trying to launch their projects - That is, state would be reported as either Error or the projects would be able to be launched via the Launch Console button. The issue with this state reporting was resolved at around 12:45PM UTC. Note that APIs were not affected during this incident.

At this time, all issues mentioned above have been resolved and the team is actively monitoring system performance.
