Metrics sub-system outage under all AWS regions

Starting at 12:43PM UTC, the Hasura metrics sub-system experienced an outage across all AWS regions. During this time, customers would experience errors in their UI within their Monitoring tab (Error shown would be: ). This issue was resolved across all regions at 1:43PM UTC.

In addition, a small subset of customers in the us-west-1 region experienced issues accessing their projects during this same time frame.

At this time, all issues mentioned above have been resolved and the team is actively monitoring system performance.
