DNS Resolution issues (AWS)

Incident Report for Hasura

Resolved

On 05/27/2022, between 00:35 UTC and 04:58 UTC, AWS Route 53 service experienced intermediate DNS resolution problems. During this time, Hasura Cloud users would either see intermediate Error 1016 or Error 1001 as a response from Cloudflare.

At this time, issues with AWS Route 53 have been resolved.
